Curt Sardeson Chairman
Curt, Chairman of Open Sky Group’s Australian operations, will provide leadership to the Open Sky Group’s Australian Board of Directors. Curt is President of Open Sky Group’s U.S. operations and oversees the financial, operational, sales and marketing departments of the company. He has thorough and deep supply chain software experience spanning 20 years and has held most every business and technical role throughout his implementation career. He has been involved in implementations from the software vendor, customer and end user points of view. With involvement in over 40 global implementations (North America, Europe and Asia) of large-scale and complex software systems, Curt thoroughly understands and appreciates the critical role that software plays in supply chains.
Curt has fun with work and is very passionate about Open Sky Group, enjoying the role of coach and mentor to employees and also clients. He is always striving to increase personal productivity using systems and frameworks like David Allen’s Getting Things Done (GTD), Tim Ferris’s Four Hour Work Week and Merlin Mann’s Inbox Zero. As CEO of Open Sky Group’s Australian operations, Anthony oversees the financial, operational, sales and marketing departments for the company.
Anthony is an information systems strategy specialist. For over 20 years he has provided supply chain solutions to organisations in transport, utilities, mining and government. Anthony’s ability to simplify complex problems and help his clients understand, visualise and articulate future directions for their information systems makes him an invaluable advisor. He works with a number of companies including QR National, Powerlink, and several Queensland Government departments to develop their ERP strategies and prepare their business cases.

As a member of the Australian Board of Directors for Open Sky Group, Chad will serve as business advisor to the company. As Senior Vice President of Client Services for Open Sky Group U.S., Chad is responsible for building and managing a world-class professional services team, partnering with our sales organization and providing quality implementation management. His role also includes developing the strategic direction and day-to-day development and management of best practices-focused professional services teams and solutions experts. Having spent the bulk of his career at JDA, Chad brings over 20 years of experience delivering results for high growth software and consulting organizations. His past roles have given him experience in building efficient and effective implementation teams, establishing high impact services operations, achieving revenue growth and deepening executive level client relations as well as contributing to sales enablement. As Marketing Manager, Tracy is responsible for strategy and management of marketing programs for Open Sky Group’s Australian operations. Tracy has a track record of successful management and consulting roles in multinational Consumer and IT consulting organisations across project and stakeholder management, communications and strategy roles. As a member of the Australian Board of Directors for Open Sky Group, Brett will serve as business advisor to the company. With over 22 years of experience in the ICT industry, he has successfully managed local, regional and country P&L’s for both domestic and international consulting companies and delivered some of the largest ERP projects for customers in Australia and Asia Pacific Regions.
Brett’s key expertise is in maximising the business benefits of large-scale, complex transformation programs. He has successfully delivered ICT and supply chain transformation projects for clients including Toll, Linfox, Dulux Group, Orica, ALH, API and Toyota Australia. He is an excellent facilitator and is regularly engaged to facilitate large-scale, complex groups striving to achieve a common outcome. Chris Poulton Director
As a member of the Australian Board of Directors for Open Sky Group, Chris will serve as a business advisor to the company. Chris has over 20 years senior management experience in the IT industry. He has provided supply chain transformation, solution architecture and project management to large, multinational FMCG/CPG, manufacturing and public sector organisations both as a consultant and on the customer side. Chris’ experience includes managing multiple large ERPs, M&A and shared service engagements to deliver integrated solutions. These projects have involved the application of technology across processes in finance, supply chain, procurement and customer service.
Chris’ clients include Linfox, Dulux Group, ORICA, CSR, GWF, Mondelez, ANSTO, Qld Health, Cemex, Hitachi, Pirelli, Pioneer Foods, Northern Foods, UK and Australian Government organisations.
